The Audit Committee will meet to audit the books on Wednesday, July 21st.
The audit is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm, should be all completed by 8pm.
The Annual Club Picnic is on for this year, with hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, kielbasa, corn (as available), etc.
When the time comes, calls will be made to determine which member is bringing what, the taking of names and making of lists will take place then.
Names for people running for the Board will be taken at the picnic.
Plan on arriving around 11:00 AM
This should turn out to be an old-fashioned style family picnic.
The August Board meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday evening the 19th of August at 6:30 PM. Discussions will take place on upcoming events as well as the past, among other topics that come up.
Monthly Club meeting will be held on Wednesday, Aug 12th.
Note, meetings start promptly at 7:00 PM.
Some of the points for discussion may be, Cars and Coffee, past and upcoming events. Bringing CNN back to New Life Church location and how the upcoming Motor-Mania Car Show went, selecting a date for the Annual Club Picnic and meeting member Swap Meet obligations.

There will be a cleanup and set up for our annual club picnic on Saturday, Sept. 12th at 09:00 am. Coffee and donuts will be provided.
Remember, the more hands there are to do the work, the faster we'll be done. A big turnout will be appreciated.
Note: Just like last years, we will hold clean up at the end of the day after the picnic is done.
