This year's Awards Banquet / Christmas Party will be held at, Casa Mia at the Hawthorne, 2421 Berlin Tpke., Berlin, CT. North bounds side of Route 15 (Berlin Tpke.)

A poker rod run is scheduled for September 21st, 2025. Further information is pending.
When the time comes, anyone wishing to join the Poker Run needs to Get their name on the signup list.

The Annual Club Picnic is on for this year, with hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, kielbasa, corn (as available), etc.
When the time comes, calls will be made to determine which member is bringing what, the taking of names and making of lists will take place then.
Names for people running for the Board will be taken at the picnic.
Plan on arriving around 11:00 AM
This should turn out to be an old-fashioned style family picnic.
The October Board meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday evening the 15th of October at 7:00 PM. Discussions will take place on upcoming events as well as the past, among other topics.
Next month's regular meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 5th this month.
As voted on at the September 2024 meeting, there will be no food served at the meetings.
Note, meetings start promptly at 7:00 PM.
Some of the points for discussion may be, Cars and Coffee, the past and upcoming events and any other topics that members may wish to bring up for discussion.
