There will be a cleanup of the grounds and building on Saturday, April 25th. Work will begin at 9:00am. Refreshments will be available. The more people that show up to work, the quicker the job will be done and the faster we can go home.
There will be a meeting on Sunday, ----uary --th of the CSRA Board of Directors and Committee members to discuss the financial needs of the various committees to conduct their events and the associated obligations. Please note, if you are associated with any of these committees you need to attend this meeting. This event will set the stage for what and how the upcoming events will be conducted.
The day is scheduled to start at 9:00 am with the Budget Meeting and then the By-Laws reviews and proposed updates. Should be all completed by noon.
The Audit Committee will meet to audit the books on Wednesday, January 21st.
The audit is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm, should be all completed by 8pm.
The February Board meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday evening the 11th of February at 6:30 PM. Discussions will take place on upcoming events as well as the past, among other topics that come up.
Monthly Club meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 4th.
Note, meetings start promptly at 7:00 PM.
Some of the points for discussion may be, Cars and Coffee, past and upcoming events and an important item on the agenda will be a discussion with the membership concerning the contract status with Rentschler Field for our Annual Swap Meet in May and a possibility of a new location, the old Bethany Airport.
